Handling and Control
Industrial showers are at the heart of any successful cleaning technology. We don't just build showers; we engineer them to solve your most pressing challenges. From cleaning and cooling to lubrication, our systems are designed to operate at the precise pressure needed for the job. Our core focus is to deliver superior performance while minimising water consumption, because we know efficiency is critical. Since every machine is unique, we never offer a standard product. Instead, we custom-engineer each shower to meet your exact needs.
Stationary
showers
for
wire, rolls, Sheet
knock, trim
knock, felt
wetting, felt
flooding, are
fitted
with
fanjet
nozzles. Nozzles
are
designed
to give effective results with ideal overlap for specific application with reduced water consumption.
Showers are fitted with internal brush cleaning systems with a variety
of nozzle types - dome, belt
type, etc.
Stationary showers are for following applications:
1. Wire rolls lubrication
2. Sheet knock
3. Trim knock
4. Felt lubrication
5. Felt Flooding
6. Doctor lubrication
The nozzles
with angular spray formations are provided to perform such application with or
without overlapping, with reduced reduced water consumption.
Some
showers can be made with internal brush cleaning system as well.
This specialised shower system is engineered to enhance
paper quality in two critical ways. To improve paper smoothness, it
applies starch directly onto the wire part. It's also ideal for Duplex Board production, where it boosts ply bond, creating a stronger, more durable board
by uniformly spraying starch between the back and front liners right before
they are bonded. The system's innovative design includes control valves at both
ends and a recirculation line, ensuring a flawless and consistent starch spray
for optimal results.
Oscillating
Needle jet and fish tail showers for wire, felt and cylinder mould. Oscillating
mechanism, can be provided with either pneumatically operated air cylinders or
Electromechanical Variable Speed Micro Travel Oscillators for matched speed
oscillation.
i. Electromechanical Variable speed
Oscillator Shower Achieve
a superior clean and maximize machine uptime with our advanced oscillation
system. Powered by a geared motor and a reversible ball screw, our system
provides precise and consistent linear motion. The oscillation speed is
specifically tailored to your machine's average speed, and a key advantage is
the complete elimination of "dwell" time. This ensures a
perfect, uniform cleaning pattern, leading to improved paper quality and better
machine runnability. The entire unit is built for durability, enclosed in a
stainless steel shell and protected by a bellow. We offer a range of standard
stroke lengths—150, 200, 300, 400, and 500 mm—to meet your specific operational
needs.
ii. CAM Oscillation Shower For
applications requiring a predictable and repeatable cleaning cycle, our system
utilises a durable cam mechanism for oscillation. This design provides a fixed and reliable speed, ensuring that the cleaning pattern is
consistent from one cycle to the next. By eliminating variables, this mechanism
guarantees a uniform clean and optimal machine performance over time.
Our Tube-in-Tube
Shower is engineered for maximum uptime and efficiency, with a unique
design that allows for on-the-run maintenance. The system features a
durable outer carrier tube, which is permanently mounted to the paper machine.
Inside this fixed tube, an inner spray pipe oscillates across the fabric,
ensuring thorough and consistent cleaning. This internal pipe can be
effortlessly removed for cleaning or repair while the machine remains in full
operation. This modular design significantly reduces maintenance time and
enhances productivity. For added convenience, we offer the choice of an internal
or external brush cleaning system to meet your specific operational
requirements
This cleaning system operates with a simple turn of a hand
wheel. A durable SS 304 brush sweeps the shower pipe's interior, cleaning both
the walls and the nozzles with a two-way (radial and axial) motion. The
axial movement of the brush effectively purges debris through the discharge
nozzle. Despite its simple operation, the design is both robust and dependable.
All components are precision-machined and ground, ensuring a smooth and
reliable cleaning process that thoroughly maintains every part of the pipe and
nozzle.
